– Mrs. Anna E. Swisher, 88, widow of James S. Swisher died Tuesday in Culver
Hospital where she had been a patient since suffering an injury in a fall two
weeks ago. Born in the Potato Creek neighborhood near Darlington, she was
married in 1907. Her husband died in
1944. She was a member of Potato Creek Methodist Church and had lived in
Crawfordsville 53 years. Surviving is a
daughter, Mrs. Austin King of Ames, Iowa.
